Over more than two decades of work in project development, corporate management and executive leadership, I have had the opportunity to manage organizations, guide teams, support strategic decision-making and oversee operations across different industries and environments. My experience as Managing Director of Ridgebind Systems Ltd, together with my service as a Director, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Member of the Executive Committee (EC) of Ansar VDP Unnayan Bank, where I contributed to major corporate decisions, managed overall operations and helped set the strategic direction, has reinforced my belief that sustainable success comes from sound planning, capable people, responsible risk management and a commitment to continuous improvement.

I also believe that business leadership should contribute beyond the workplace. My involvement with Lions Club initiatives and the Bangladesh Lions Foundation has strengthened my commitment to service, community engagement and responsible leadership.
